It is mandatory for Black Belts to wear black gear.

Don't forget to have your Class Assistance Chart signed by the instructor you are helping! We ask that you turn this chart in with your permission slip at your next testing. This chart is in your leadership manual. If you cannot find it, there are extras on the counter in the files with the form sheets.

Leadership students are to help out in one class per week to be eligible for testing. Students in the Instructor Program are asked to help out in two classes per week to be eligible for testing.

Karate for Kids/ Karate for Adults:

BBC-Basic (non-sparring students)--16 classes per testing cycle

BBC-Elite (sparring students)--20 classes per testing cycle (2 per month per testing cycle is sparring)

Leadership/Master Club--20 classes per testing cycle (2 per month per testing cycle is sparring) If you have any questions regarding your students training, please see his/her instructor.

• Stating the value word of the month;
• Female students must wear a white t-shirt under their uniform. (Male students do not wear a t-shirt, but if they do, it must be white);
• Students should wear white sports/tennis shoes with their uniform. Whether at the school, tournaments, demo or to testing;
• Always treat others with Respect. Bow to the Black Belts (and the Black Belts should bow to you!);
• When straightening your uniform or tying your belt, always turn away from the flags;

Don’t forget we do awesome birthday parties! We play games, such as Dodge Ball, Limbo, Relays. We also do Martial Arts for your friends! See the front desk for party information!
